yesterday was the 4th and we had a good time. we were invited to a bbq at my sis-in-law's house. there were lots of family, tons of food, and fun in the sun. our friend diana and her daughter grace came along. diana's hubby had to work so he could not come. diana make a delicious jello cake. it was soooooooooo good! i think i ate 3 or 4 pieces. i know, "bad marian". i will work it off this week. i didn't get a lot of pictures this year but here are some.

That cake was DANG good...i agree!! If only the picture of me were as good as that cake, ha ha!
wish we could have been there with you guys! i'm looking forward to plenty of get-togethers once we are back in AZ.
I'm guessing you are talking about the pink/green polka dot dress outside on the grass? Is that the picture you're talking about? If so, those were taken by my sister in law, Jen. We were in CA visiting my parents. I LOVE them. They are adorable. I wish we lived closer (they are in UT) so we could get more pictures done. Thanks for letting me come to the party, we had lots of fun!!
